He is survived by: his sister Jennifer Stutzmen (Doug); his daughter Shelby J. Witt (Doug); his grandchildren, Kenneth Russell (Kristen), Alex L. Foltz (Brittany) and Sarah G. Caylor (Zach); and his great grandchildren, Adelyn and Jase Foltz. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
