It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julie Anne Smith of Mason, Ohio, born in San Jose, California, who passed away on April 30, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Tommy Conklin. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth "Pat" Smith; her children, Heather Skanes (Trevor), Kyle Smith and Deedee Proffitt; her parents, Richard Harris and Anne Harris; and also, Mike Conklin, Jill Downey, Jill Beasley and Jill McConaughy.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation may be made in Julie Smith's name to the Christ Church Mason Youth Ministry program.
