She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Wood and Mildred Wood; her husband Gerhard "Gary" Erftenbeck; her son Kenneth Erftenbeck; and her sister Patricia Obermeyer.

She is survived by: her children, Cindy Anderson (Tim), Sue Burns, Peggy Theiss (Jim), Tom Erftenbeck and Paul Erftenbeck; her grandchildren, Mike, Nick, Kyle, Katie, Paul, Kevin, Matt, Ryan, Caleb, Sarah, Emily, Gabrielle, Becca, Allison, Jonathan and Anna; and her sisters, Kathleen Josephson (Roy) and Deborah Kincannon. She is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren.
