She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Neuhaus and Clara Neuhaus; her son Daniel Vanover; and her siblings, Danny Neuhaus and Cheryl Herron.
She is survived by: her husband Roscoe Vanover; her sons, Mark Vanover (Cheri) and Gerald Vanover (Antonio Reyes); her daughter-in-law Elizabeth Vanover; her grandchildren, Brett Vanover (Tia), Katie Dooley (Josh), Samantha Vanover and Ashley Vanover; her great grandchild Emma Dooley; and her nephews, James Herron (Jennifer) and Shawn Neuhaus (Elisa).
Memorial donations may be made in Joan's name to the American Heart Association.
