He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Banta, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Banta (Jack Frederick); his close friend Britni Beatty; his daughter Emrie Banta; his sister Chrisstina Ross; and his nieces and nephews, Jacob Ross, Justin Ross, Jacen Ross, Carlynn Ross and Cydnie Ross.
