He is survived by: his sons, Caleb (Angel Dawn), Cory and Justin Hollandsworth; his siblings, Gary, Danny, Larry Hollandsworth, Norma Jean, Sue and Jennifer; and his niece Jennifer McCabe (Esther Hayslip). He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
