He is survived by: his close friend Dr. Chuck Donley; his wife Teresa Merz; his children, Leslie Molnar (Tim), Matthew Merz (Kara), Jon Merz (Amy) and Ian Merz (Amber); his son-in-law David Fox; and his grandchildren, Madilyn, Michael, Rachael, Zachary, Charlie, Macie and Trey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and numerous close friends.
