She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville and Loretta; her husband James Middleton; her daughter Carolyn Helderbrand; and her brother Thomas Short.
She is survived by: her children, Justin Helderbrand of Mason, Robin Wientge (John) of Lebanon and Kathy Himes (Randy) of Maineville; her sister Deborah Smith of Lebanon; and her stepchildren, Guy Middleton (Kathleen) of Mason and Heather Middleton-Archer (Scott) of Middletown. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
