She was predeceased by: her parents, Dwight and Jewell; her husband Jon Phillip Appleby; and her brother Dwight N. Carmichael. She is survived by: her children, David Appleby (Cheryl) and Carrie Haymaker (Shawn); her siblings-in-law, Kent Hill, Tena Carmichael and Liz Hill; her sisters, Ruby Robertson (Daniel) and Judy Bowman (Rick); and her grandchildren, Elijah Sample, Isaiah Sample, Allyssa Haymaker, Lucy Appleby, Jonathan Appleby and Nathan Appleby.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to the American Lung Association or the American Cancer Society.
