He is survived by: his wife Doris "Dee" Jean Pettit Houghton; his daughters, Patti Dow (Gary) of Reynoldsburg, Penni Dow (Rick) of Hilliard and Peggy Wallace (Emmit "Les") of Muncie, Indiana; his grandchildren, Nikki Hebdo (Tony), Thomas "Tad" Dow, Cassandra Dow, Samantha Beller (Blaine), Kalinda Dow, Andrew "Drew" Dow (Kristen), Rachael Jordan (Drew), Courtney Wallace, Emmitt "Quint" Wallace (Naomi) and Amanda Wallace; and his great grandchildren, AJ, Ailey, Kimberlynn and Emmitt "Li'. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
