He is survived by: his significant other Dawn Dudley Riggs; his stepdaughter Jennifer Betts of Cortland; his stepgrandchildren, Sarah, Hannah and Joey; his stepson Dave Schultz (Katie) of Galena; his stepgrandchildren, Grason, Wyatt and Lila; his brother Steve Riggs (Janet) of Ostrander; his nephew Darrick Riggs (Lisa); his brother Jerry Riggs (Vicki) of Hillsboro; his nephew Brendon Riggs (Jessica); and his niece Audrey Riggs of Ballwin, Missouri. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews and many other family members and friends.
