She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Appleby and Mina Appleby (Webb); her husband Gary F. McKinley; her children, Kathryn Gauchat and John O'Hara; and her siblings, Grace Adams, Yvonne Skalsky and Harold Appleby.
She is survived by: her children, Pam O'Hara of Pittsburg, CA, Jerry Gauchat (Rachel) of Gilbert, AZ, Roxanne Lowe (Carl) of Marysville, Eric McKinley (Christine) of Panama City, FL and LeAnn McKinley Johnson of Marysville; her grandchildren, Brandi Williams, Goodie Goodlow, Cristy Williams (Buck), Michael Gauchat, Brenna, Milena Gauchat, Brady, Hailey Lowe, Jonathan O'Hara, Jr., Trevor (Abigail McIntosh), Tyler Waugh, Derik Jolliff (Ashley Gilbert), Jacob Strait and Keith Schlotterback; her great grandchildren, Gabriella, Carter Wall, Raeleigh Gunter, Gage, Paige Thompson and Piper Jolliff; her sister Ruth Bowers of West Mifflin, PA; and her friends, Dave and Vanessa Crisp. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
