He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry F. Lowry and Ruth Lowry (Moore). He is survived by: his wife Patsy A. Yoder; his children, Kathi L. Lowry (Bill Cobb) and Bret E. Lowry (Karen S.); his grandchildren, Carly Crawford (Kyle), Shannon Cobb and Jadon Lowry; and his siblings, Junior Lowry (Mabel) and Nellie Mae Grandstaff (Raymond).
