He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard W. Rapp and Flora York Rapp; his wife Margaret Shook Rapp; and his brother Charles Rapp. He is survived by: his daughters, Valerie Fuller (Gary) of Marysville and Kendra Rapp of Gig Harbor, Washington; his grandchildren, Michael Fuller and Gabriella Feinstein; his brothers, Robert Rapp (Karin) of Charlotte and Richard Rapp (Suzanne) of Ostrander, Ohio; and his nieces and nephews, Brannon Larson (Eric), Grace Rapp, Sarah Rapp, Emi Rapp (Mallory Wood) and Bernie Rapp.
