He was predeceased by: his parent Dymple Accord Perry; his brothers, Ermal Lee Accord, Alvis Perry and Billy Ray Perry; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Collins and Opal Accord.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Penhorwood (Joel) of Marysville and Michael Perry, Sr. (Crystal) of North Lewisburg; his grandchildren, Makayla Penhorwood of Williamston, Michael Jr. of North Lewisburg, Blaze of North Lewisburg and Jasmyn Perry of North Lewisburg; his siblings, Troy Perry (Litha) of West Virginia and Kay Collins of Marysville; and his sister-in-law Anne Perry. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
