He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Young and Ethel Young; his son Douglas A. Young; and his stepdaughter Tonya Stevens (Shoemaker). He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Keith Young (Lisa) of Chillicothe, James Young of Columbus, Jack Shoemaker (Stacy) of Dayton, Tamie McClelland (Doug) of Marysville, Tana Johnston (Jack) of Richwood, Brian Shoemaker (Lisa) of Marysville and Michael Shoemaker (Carol) of Marysville; his daughter-in-law Shelly Young of Marysville; and his sisters, Loretta Breen of Madison, WI and Martha Iarussi (Jack) of Baltimore, Ohio. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
