He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton Lee Webb and Elaine Louise Webb (Taynor); his sisters, Patty Ann Brown (Webb) and Sandra Kay Braden (Webb); his brothers-in-law, Jerry Brown, Richard King, Jack Kreakbaum and Joe Kestella; and his parents-in-law, Otho Kermit Carlisle and Dorothy Elizabeth Carlisle (Vititoe).
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kay Webb (Carlisle); his son Ty Nelson Webb (Tom Hampton) of San Diego, CA; his sister Terri Lee Jones (Webb); his siblings-in-law, Beverly Knippenburg (Carlisle) of St. Petersburg, FL and Gary Carlisle (Terri) of Largo, FL; and his nieces and nephews, Vicki Morris (Green), Kimberly Moran (Kreakbaum), Jerrod Jones, Cheryl Hall (Knippenburg), Tracy Gillis (Knippenburg), Stacie Ivy (Carlisle) and Brian Carlisle.
