He was predeceased by: his parents, Olen Parker Spain and Ruth Spain (Venrick). He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy" Lee Spain (Roby); his children, Barry Gail Spain (Joyce), Randy Eugene Spain (Lorie), Richard "Doug" Douglas Spain (Marianne), Lori Elayne Hoff (Scott), Robin Elizabeth Bish (Chris) and Jonathan David Gray (Stephanie); his grandson Mark Richard Hayes (Sue); his sister Janet Miller (Dannie); and his friend Church. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
