She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Allen and Goldie Holzer Allen; and her siblings, Maxine, Virginia, Mary Frances, Martin and Marvin.

She is survived by: her husband Charles "Chuck" M. Kelly; her daughters, Michelle McKinney (Blaine) of Marysville, Monica Pope (Darrell) of Canal Winchester and Madona Valencia of California; her stepson Greg Kelly (Boni) of Arizona; her grandchildren, Amber Ross (Tyson), William Duda, Nathan Duda, Natania Pope, Jesse Kelly, Clark Kelly, Charles Kelly, Chase Kelly, Arcadio Valencia, Armando Valencia and Kailash Valencia; her great grandchildren, Hudson and Logan Ross; and her sisters-in-law, Josephine "Jo" Robinson and Shirley Roberts. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends, and other relatives.
