He was predeceased by: his mother Magdaline Culwell (Wanda); and his sister Eileene Fragmin. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Needles (David), Larry Culwell (Krista) and Tina Frye (Patrick); his grandchildren, Kyle, Bryant, Casey, Lacey, Patricia, Brooklyn and Owen; his great grandchildren, Noah, Jaxton, Sophia, Violet, Dahlia, Liam, Justin, Atlas, Nolan and Dean; and his siblings, Paul Culwell, David Culwell, Leonard Culwell, Ben Culwell, Chris Culwell, Anna Gaskins, Elizabeth Ricketts and Marsena King.
