He is survived by: his mother Gail Douglas; his children, Nikiya, Karlise Owens and Jerome Douglas, Jr.; his sisters, Lillian Jones, Amy Scott and Holly Wilson; his close friends, Francine Freeman and Sean Rogers; his cousins, Allen Creagh (Tank) and Germain Douglas; his grandmother Gladys Hardin; and his godmother Betty Flewellen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
