She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Smith and Alta Smith of Beverly, Ohio.; her siblings, Dora Mae Tyler, Betty Smith, Robert, Charles, Emmett and Louis Smith; her daughter Deborah Allphin; and her grandson Donald "DJ" Maxon.
She is survived by: her spouse Thomas O. Maxon; her children, Dean (Linda), Donald Maxon (Kathy) of Marietta, Denise Traxler (Michael) of Worhtington, OH., Dennis and Dale; and her grandchildren, Jason Maxon, Dustin Maxon, Darcie Dye, Brian Stark, Nicole Maxon, Heather VonVille, Hannah Maxon, Reed Traxler, Rachel Traxler and Ricci Allphin. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
