She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Kos and Adolph Kos; her husband Dick; and her brothers, Jack of Indianapolis and Joe Kos of Indianapolis.
She is survived by: her children, Debby (John) of Vienna, Mike of Williamstown and Rick (Denise); her sister Mary Lou Tuohy; and her grandchildren, Sarah, Scott Pitner and Taylor McAllister. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
