He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence W. Wagner and Annabelle Martin Wagner; and his brother Larry "Boone" Wagner. He is survived by: his wife Melanie Bradley Wagner; his son Ronnie Wagner (Cheryl) of Hamilton, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Zach and Abby Wagner.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lowell American Legion Post # 750.
