He is survived by: his children, Cathy Frailey (David) of Williamstown, WV and Michael Sims of Seaside, CA; his sisters, Patricia Ryan of Paris, IL and Teri Novak of Paris, IL; his grandchildren, Sherri Frailey and Mark Frailey; his great grandchildren, Aiden Frailey, Olivia Cunningham and Zelda Cunningham; and his stepgreat-grandsons, Cameron and Kyler Bryan.
