She is survived by: her father Charles Hearn; her husband Allen Worstell; her stepsons, Allex and Kasey; her stepmother Carolyn Hearn (Marks) of Newport, Ohio.; and her siblings, Charles David Hearn and Melinda Justice (Mindy). She is also survived by four nephews and one niece.
