He is survived by: his spouse Billie Farley; his daughters, Virginia Ridge (Raymond) of Erlanger, KY, Rhea Lantz (Dan) of Pomeroy and Tiffanie Grubbs (Ralph) of Parkersburg; and his siblings, Charles Sims of Parkersburg and Mary Ellen Sams of Lubeck. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and great grandchildren.
