She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett "Mac" McKitrick, Sr. and Emma Felter McKitrick; her husband Benny D. Dye, Sr.; and her siblings, Everett McKitrick, Jr., Raymond McKitrick, Louise Thrasher and Donna Murphy.
She is survived by: her son Benny D. Dye, Jr.; her niece Anna Oliver; her grandchildren, Natalie, Bethany, Ethan, Samuel and Dylan; and her siblings, Robert, Larry Sr., Ford "Doc" McKitrick, Sue Estadt, Becky Murphy and Mary Spencer.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory would be appreciated to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Research.
