He is survived by: his wife Dyanna Levingston; his stepchildren, Angela Dull and Michael Ritter; his children, Tony Conn and Crystal Conn; and his siblings, Donald Wolfgang of Findlay and Cheryl Abney of Mansfield. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
