He is survived by: his sister Rhonda Butke (Mull); his nieces, Monika Butke and Kristina Butke; his nephew Eric Butke; and his aunts and uncles, Wendell Smith (Judy), Lawrence Smith, Janet Shearer (Jerry) and Barbara Losche (Craig).
