He was predeceased by: his mother Christine Perry (Knipp); and his sister Angie Wolbaugh. He is survived by: his father Monty Perry (Hannah) of Mansfield; his wife Rene'Perry; his children, Heather Romero (Joe) of Lacey and Isaac Perry (Moriah) of Ashland; his grandchildren, Alyssa Romero, Cheyanne Perry and Maya Perry; and his brothers, Dale Perry (Jeaneen) of Shelby, Eric Perry (Becky) of Mansfield and Phil Perry (Keely) of Tiro. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
