He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow W. Gibson and Rosalie A. Gibson (Haas); his wife Barbara Gibson (Au); and his sisters, Wanda "Jean" Vogus and Betty Gibson.
He is survived by: his children, Michael A. Gibson and Christy Belcher; his grandchildren, April Vasquez, Christopher Gibson and Brinnley Belcher; his great grandchildren, Dillion Vasquez, Tanni Vasquez and Norberto Vasquez; his great great grandchildren, Jaycee and Lilly; and his sister Sarah "Ann" Roepke. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
