She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Friar and Helen Friar (Suba); her husband Larry Race; her sister Joanne Anderson; and her pet Manny.
She is survived by: her children, Laurie Monica (Jeff) and Lynelle Rickert; her grandchildren, Jamie Monica, Jenna Gerber (Nick), Jordan Monica, Olivia Rickert (Reno Colaianni) and Cal Rickert (Tara); her great grandchildren, Aniyah, Jaedyn, Amiyah, Hudson, Jackson and Emory; her sisters, Rose Calabrese, Lorraine Woods and Debbie Washburn; and her pet JoJo. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
