He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Alexander and Marjorie Alexander; his siblings, Keith and Joyce; his grandson Devin Alexander; his son-in-law Don Simons; and his close friend Mike Erhart.
He is survived by: his children, Rod Alexander (Valeria), Rita Simons and Rachael Hrivnak (Josh); and his grandchildren, Tierra (Jacob), Reece, Christian, Brady and Natalie.
