He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Travis and Sara Travis (Hupp); his former wife Beverly Travis; his grandson Jesse Travis; his siblings, Harley, Hobert, Ray Travis and Peg Smith; his stepdaughter Tina Brown; and his son-in-law Dale Lilly.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Travis; his children, Donald Travis (Becky) of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, Dianna Lilly of Mt. Gilead, Wendy Fairchild (Jeff) of Lexington and Amy Pfahler (Denny) of Lexington; and his stepchildren, Robert Hupp (Tara) of Whitesburg, Kentucky and Terri Brown of Katy, Texas.
