She is survived by: her husband Edward Sampsel; her children, Sheri Davis, Heather Hurrell (Josh), Susie (Josh), Amy Sampsel and Bri; her grandchildren, Tristen Davis, Tate Davis, Siera Mullins and Kylee Mullins; her stepgrandchildren, Austene and Brie Hurrell; her siblings, John Gushard Jr., Sandy Mabry (Gary), Karen Fenn (Jim), Debbie Harlan (Vickie), Michael Gushard, Sharon Brown, Mark Gushard (Kathy), Timothy Gushard and James Gushard (Emma); her siblings-in-law, Billy Sampsel (Jean) and Sue; and also Kade Davis.
