He was predeceased by: his parents, William Howell and Mary Howell (Klingler). He is survived by: his wife June Howell (Metzger); and his children, Denara Kahl (Mike), Kim Orsini (Chris), Kristi Planck (Howell) and Brian Howell (Stephanie). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; as well as many other relatives and friends.
