She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Stalzer and Anna Simons; and her husband Floyd D. Chappelear. She is survived by: her children, Meredith Stone of Ashburn and Kenneth Chappelear of Bowie, Maryland; and her sister Sharon Andrews of Centerville. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
