She was predeceased by: her parents, Arland Leo Chaffee and Doris Cynthia Chaffee (Fahey); and her siblings, Ruth Chaffee, James Chaffee (Naomi) and Jack Chaffee.
She is survived by: her husband Alvin C. Hahn; her brothers, Raymond Chaffee (Gloria) and Melvin Chaffee (Jeannie); and her stepchildren, Kenneth Hahn (Glenda), Dr. Philip Hahn (Suzie), Katherine Asbeck (Richard), Patricia Minden (Peter), Karen Rizk (David Piraino), Dr. Peter Hahn (Cathy) and David Hahn (Erika). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Calvary United Methodist Church in Lakewood or Brecksville United Methodist Church.
