She is survived by: her husband James Rigney; her daughters, Donna Smith (Perry) of Lucasville, Margaret Rigney (Jason) of Portsmouth and Debbie Shelpman (Charlie) of Lucasville; her grandchildren, Isaac Milani, Louann Shelpman and Dominick Shelpman; and her siblings, Dallas, Greg, Dennis, John, Dean Kazee, Tina Rose, Doris Graham and Sharon Kazee.
