He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Esto and Rosie McClary Crabtree; his children, Rodney Crabtree and Sandy Boldman; his grandchildren, Randy Mosley, Amanda Mosley and Jesse Mosley; and his siblings, Clarence Crabtree, James Crabtree, Curtis Crabtree, Paul Crabtree, Infant Boy Crabtree, Grace Rose Cassidy, Lillian Altman and Genevieve Crabtree.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Jordan Crabtree; his children, Mark Crabtree of Lucasville, Tina Mosley of Lucasville, Patty Brown (Rodney) of Beaver and Doris Crabtree of Lucasville; and his sister Betty Chambliss of Otway. He is also survived by five grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Botkin Hornback Funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
