He is survived by: his son Jason Spencer of Lucasville; his grandsons, Gavin Spencer of Lucasville and Gaige Spencer of Lucasville; his sister Tammy Wolfe (Jim) of West Portsmouth; and his stepsisters, Alberta Speck of West Portsmouth and Sherry Adkins of Otway. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
