He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Richards and Ida Richards (Brewster); and his siblings, Robert, Don, Jerry Richards, Roger and Dorothy Butcher.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Shoemaker of Chillicothe, Michelle Uhrig (Jeff) of Chillicothe, Kevin Richards (Beth) of Chillicothe and James Richards (Angie); his siblings, Larry Richards (Debbie) and Bea London (Carl); and his sister-in-law Mary Richards. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
