He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Farris Jenkins and Lena Barbara Kuhn Jenkins; and his siblings, Freddie "Bear" Jenkins, Steve Jenkins, Freda Gable, Bonnie Phipps and Evelyn Toppins.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Jenkins Williams (Glen) of Salyersville, Shane Jenkins of Lucasville and Paul Jenkins (Amy Brownfield) of Piketon; his grandchildren, Newt Williams, Anna Grace Williams, Ethan Jenkins, Bailee Shook and Patricia Ison Jenkins of Lucasville; and his sisters, Geneva Bridwell of Portsmouth and Velma Pullman (Larry) of Freeman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
