She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Prater and Anna Wheeler Prater. She is survived by: her children, Luke Carver of Portsmouth and Jennifer Hossman (Joe) of Portsmouth; her grandchildren, Tyleigh Hobbs, Orion Carver-Ellis, Kabella Hossman, Hunter Hossman and Easton Hossman; and her sisters, Jeanie Begley and Janey Hughes.
