Hall of Lucasville, Ohio, born in Springfield, Ohio, who passed away on July 8, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Ray and Ada Jean Hall (Parsley). He is survived by: his children, Kippy Hall, James Hall, Billy Hall, Mark Hall, Melinda Ackley (Ken) and Amanda Capper (Cody); and his siblings, Donald Ray Hall (Rachel), Lewis David "Corky" Hall and Billie Jean Wainman (John). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
