She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Douglas Lewis and Curtis Conkel; her uncle Mike Lewis; and her cousin Jared Dever. She is survived by: her parents, Mark Conkel and Fran Conkel (Lewis) of Minford; her brothers, Ryan Conkel (Roxanne) and Craig Conkel (Amy); her nieces, Lexi, Layni, Lynli and Landri; her nephew Bryson Conkel; her grandmothers, Carolyn Lewis and Betty Conkel; and her friend Jeremy Goshay. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins.
Per CDC guidelines and governor recommendations, everyone is asked to wear a mask and practice proper social distancing procedures and guidelines.
