She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Czestkowski and Stephanie Czestkowski (Guzik); her husband Chester Kosmalski; her son Chet Kaye (Barbara); and her siblings, Edmund (Czestkowski) and Elizabeth (Wisniewski).
She is survived by: her children, Lawrence (Maureen), Pat (Richard), Steve Kosmalski (Laura) and Regina. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 3 step grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, and one great, great granddaughter.
