He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Holliday and Juanita Holliday. He is survived by: his wife Mollie E. Holliday; his son Robert D. Holliday; his brothers, Chuck Holliday (Vera) and Larry Wayne Holliday; his nieces, Melody Reynolds (Anthony) and Kristen Miller (Michael); his nephew Michael Holliday (Jessica); and his friends, David Moore and Greg Creekmore.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Loveland Presbyterian Church.
