He was predeceased by: his parents, Joan Milam and Donald Milam; his uncles, Donald Peterson and Paul Milam; his grandmother Esther A. Peterson; and his cousin Wayne Peterson.
He is survived by: his wife Char Kemp; and his siblings, David Milam (Carla), Barbara Richards (Gwyn), Nancy Milam and Julie Austin (Tom). He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews; and 12 grand nieces and nephews.
While a public memorial will not be held, the family suggests donations in Jeff's name to your local Alzheimer's Association and American Heart Association chapters.
